Booking of one or more rooms:

To confirm your reservation, please give us the holder name, number and expiration date of a Visa or MasterCard. 

We won't charge any deposit in your credit card. 

It's just used as booking confirmation protocol.

Then, a confirmation's Email will be send to you.

The payment of your stay will be made on the day of departure.

Cancellation of one or more rooms:

If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your scheduled check-in date, there is no fee.

If you cancel your reservation  to 48h before your scheduled check-in date, the cancellation fees will be 50% of your stay.

If you cancel your reservation outside the deadlines or if you do not appear, the cancellation fees will be the stay in its entirety.

If you cancel your reservation  between 1 month to 2 weeks before the arrival, the charges are 50% of the stay.
